What to expect in the glass
Gentle rice sweetness and umami; soft, natural bubbles from traditional bottle fermentation; a bright, refreshing finish with a grape-like lift. Polishing ratio 60%, 7% ABV.
At the table
Bread, pizza, fresh cheese, sushi, sashimi, light salads. The bubbles lift the food and the low alcohol keeps it easy.
Ingredients: rice (Japan), rice malt (Japanese rice). 300 mL. Serve chilled; store below 10 °C.
