Return & Refund Policy (ATJ)

Where you purchased
Some products on All Things Japan (ATJ) may be offered through a licensed retail partner (“Merchant of Record”), as stated on the relevant product page. In those cases, returns and refunds are handled according to the partner’s return policy.

If your order is fulfilled by ATJ
If your order is fulfilled by ATJ (as stated on the product page), we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. If an item is final sale, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Include: order number, item name, and reason for return.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
