Judge it in your own hands before you commit. ATJ coordinates the sample with the maker and it ships directly from Japan.

What it costs. Samples are sent for a flat fee. ATJ quotes the figure for your destination before anything is arranged, and it is all-in — duty and taxes included, nothing owed on arrival. The full amount is credited against your first order.
Sake and other alcohol cannot be sampled this way. Most markets require a licensed importer for commercial alcohol, so a bottle cannot lawfully be sent to a prospective buyer’s own address — including as a sample. Country is enough for now. We ask for the address after you accept the quote.

ATJ exists so the maker’s name survives the journey. If that is not the fit for you, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
